Shipping & Returns

We aim to make shipping and returns as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Shipping

United Shirts of Football is based in the United States and ships worldwide.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100
     (Excludes international orders and bulk orders)

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
     (International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

US orders typically ship via USPS, while international carries may vary depending on destination\

Delivery Issues

  • Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer

  • If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first

  • If additional assistance is needed, or if a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it

  • If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us, as we’ll assist with the carrier claim process where needed

 

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With original tags, if originally included

Eligible Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Bulk orders (final sale)

  • Mystery items, except in specific cases outlined below

Mystery Item Policy

Mystery jerseys are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is proven to be not authentic

  • The wrong size was sent

  • A club, country, or other condition explicitly excluded at purchase was sent

Any eligible issue with a mystery item must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping for returns due to preference (e.g. not liking the item)

  • If an item is proven inauthentic, United Shirts of Football will cover return shipping

 

Authenticity & Refunds

If you believe an item you received is inauthentic:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • If authenticity is reviewed and agreed to be an issue, you will receive a full refund, and we will cover return shipping

  • If we disagree with the assessment, you may still return the item under our standard return policy (buyer pays return shipping)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
 Swaps or store credit may also be offered where appropriate.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after the return is received.
